its been some time. 

Theart got an overhaul, thanks to Nikolaj Cyon, providing much needed style to everything.

The Game itself got sleeker and faster. Much well beloved (by me)  but bloated mechanics got cut. (For now) The goal was to carve out the main ideas and mechanics and in the future build them up again.

These are base rules, the core idea and from there the settings will provide the meat.
