Durst - Beneath the Sand

Durst is a pnp roleplaying game system. It is a stat dice system and focused on Narrative. All Equipment is represented in dice, slowly breaking down in less and less effective dice, as well as the characters attributes.

Berlin, the city is covered beneath the sand of change. The inhabitants minds are trapped in the nexus, their bodies hollowed out, hives for nanites, which roam the streets in sentient, devouring Storms.

When they are close, you hear them whisper. And with the Storm comes the wandering Lost.

The Characters are part of one of the four Factions of survivors. 

The Iron Union are the remains of the ciyt goverment, a bureaucratic organisation, rules over rules, but also the largest economic and military force.

The Sand nomads come from the outskirt of the city, travel into the inner parts for scavanging and scouting. These tribes have a special connection to the sand itself.

The fasistic Berlin Reich is coming from the east, with the will to bring change by force. They also bring the religious order of the eternal flame which promise a burning cleaning from all the wrong nanite investation.

Underground live the Subways Dwellers in the remains of the old public transportation system. In side this labyrinth of forgotten tunnels lay secrest, old server rooms, abandon ai systems.
